Tight time-scale : complex integration
Commercial Transfer has completed the relocation of Phase 2 at Nuffield Orthopaedic Hospital in Oxford into their new purpose-built building. The work was completed during 2007 to a tight time-scale that reflected the difficulties of the site and the complex integration of the departments. The complete planning and scheduling of the transfer was completed by Commercial Transfer’s project managers working in conjunction with the Nuffield Orthopaedic relocation team.

Tiverton Hospital relocated : Okehampton Hospital moved from 2 sites to 1
Commercial Transfer have completed the removal of two hospitals within the Exeter area.
The first was the relocation of Tiverton Hospital which moved from its town centre site to a purpose-built hospital on the outskirts. All departments, including medical records, wards and ancillary areas, were moved over a one-week period. This relocation was completed with Commercial Transfer project managers working in conjunction with the hospital's relocation team to ensure a smooth and trouble-free transfer.
Following the completion of the Tiverton relocation we then transferred Okehampton Hospital from its two town centre sites into a new purpose-built hospital on the outskirts of Okehampton. This move was completed over a Bank Holiday weekend, the project team working with the Okehampton relocation staff to make sure that the move went to time and to budget.
